Our Story​

When we were growing up there was always something tasty yet nutritious cooking in the kitchen.

With seven mouths to feed, my mother’s recipes learned from her birth home in Amritsar, India, meant we always ate wholesome and delicious homemade Indian food. Looking back, the reason our house always seemed so busy and full of visitors was because they came for her food!

From Yellow Dahl to Matar Paneer, either soaked up with rice or scooped up with chapati, meals were always served with fresh salad and a chilli, and it literally gave you energy!

Now, more than ever, eating sensibly and being aware of the environment is so important. These dishes prove it is possible to eat amazing, healthy food without harming animals or causing unnecessary destruction to the planet. Most importantly, there is no need to compromise on quality nor taste.

I’ve spent my life eating this fantastic food and now I want to share all of it with you!
